Standard Bed Dimensions
Our murphy beds come in two standard configurations: Vertical and Horizontal.
The vertical bed folds down so that the head of the bed is nearest the wall of the room when the bed is open.
The horizontal bed folds down so that one side of the bed is nearest the wall of the room when the bed is open.
NOTE: When planning for your new murphy bed, use the dimensions below as guidelines only.
The actual dimensions will vary based on options such as crown moulding selection, front design options, etc.

* Depth dimension is approximate. Adding crown moulding will increase the dimensions at the top of the bed. The depth of the bed handle is extra.
